Submit Development and Building Applications

As of 1 July 2021 it is mandatory for all Councils to use the NSW Planning Portal for the submission of development and building applications. This includes Development, Construction Certificates, Occupation Certificates, Complying Development and Building Certificate Applications.

It is the applicants responsibility to register and submit the relevant information via the NSW Planning Portal to be assessed by the appropriate Council Staff. Please visit the NSW Planning Portal to register for an account and to make a submission.
