Gwydir Shire Council are seeking a suitable qualified and experienced applicant for the positions of Part Time Customer Service / Tourism Officer.
2 Positions available - One in Warialda and One in Bingara
The objective of this position is to act as the primary point of contact for all customers seeking to do business with Council or require Tourist information.
Receiving and processing all payments for the provision of Council services, to provide information, to issue and receive standard forms, take and action customer requests through Council’s Customer Service Management System. Assisting Council bring about a culture which encourages the delivery of a high level of Customer service in a courteous and professional manner while providing effective and efficient customer service.

This is a part time position for 30 hours per fortnight. The position is classified as Grade 5, Band 2 Entry Level under Local Government (State) Award, with a salary of $30.576000 per hour.
