The position is responsible for completing assessments and maintaining care plans, along with taking an active role in getting to know our residents and their families.
The successful applicant will need to hold a nursing degree, have nursing experience and display a commitment to providing high quality person centred care to the residents at Naroo Hostel.
This is a permanent part time position for 42 hours per fortnight.
There is flexibility with this appointment and provisions for a full-time position for the right applicant.
The position is classified as Grade 5 with a salary range of $27.53 to $38.37 per hour dependent on years of service.
Conditions of employment are in accordance with the Local Government, Aged, Disability and Home Care (State) Award.
