Tharawonga - Early Childhood Educator – Casual

The position of Early Childhood Educator is responsible for providing high quality children’s services throughout the villages within the Gwydir Shire to ensure that local families have access to early childhood education providing care for the social, emotional, physical and educational needs of infants and young children.

Labourer -Shire Wide

The position is responsible for undertaking allocated tasks within the Engineering Team, working in a cohesive team, to deliver high quality maintenance work in a productive and efficient manner.

General Plant Operator - Shire Wide

The position is responsible for undertaking allocated tasks operating Council's Plant and equipment, working in a cohesive team, to deliver high quality maintenance and construction work in a productive and efficient manner

Expression of Interest for Early Childhood Educators

Gwydir Shire Council is currently seeking expressions of interest from suitable qualified Early Childhood Educators to accommodate a mobile long day care service operating in the Gwydir Shire.

2 x Certificate 2 trained – Early Childhood Educator

2 x Diploma trained – Early Childhood Educator

These will be full-time positions for 35 hours per week, working across both Warialda and Bingara.

Living Classroom Attendant

Gwydir Shire Council are offering an exciting opportunity for you to make a real meaningful difference in your community and to be part of our supportive and friendly team as the Living Classroom Attendant.
This is a full-time position for 38 hours per week, working a 9-day fortnight based in Bingara.
The position is classified as Grade 3 (Band 1, Level 3) with a starting salary of $1020.15/ week
