The draft Plan of Management (PoM) for the Myall Creek Memorial Site is on public exhibition commencing Monday 19 May 2025, for 28 days.
A PoM is a requirement under the Local Government Act 1993 and Crown Land Management Act 2016 for all public land classified as community land. It provides strategic planning and governance for the ongoing management and use of the reserve.

Members of the community are invited to review the plan and to lodge submissions with Council for consideration.
You may view an electronic copy of the draft Myall Creek Memorial Site PoM via Council’s website and printed copies will also be made available at any of Council’s Administration Services Centres and Libraries.
Submissions
Submissions may be lodged via email with the subject Submission – Draft Myall Creek Memorial Site Plan of Management in writing addressed to the General Manager.

The draft Myall Creek Memorial Site PoM is on public exhibition for 28 days from 9am 19 May 2025 to 5pm 16 June 2025. Submissions will be received until 5pm Monday, 30 June 2025.
