State of our Shire Report

Under the NSW Government’s Integrated Planning and Reporting Legislation for Local Government, Council is required to produce a report on its progress in implementing the Community Strategic Plan during its term. The aim of this report is to provide the community with a status of how Council is progressing toward achieving its Strategic Plan.

Access to Information (GIPA)

Your rights to access Council information are provided in the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (NSW) (GIPA Act). The Act commenced on 1 July 2010 and replaced the Freedom of Information Act 1989 (NSW) and section 12 of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW).

Council Documents for Public Exhibition

Documents on Public Exhibition will be displayed here.

It is a requirement of the Local Government Act 1993 that various documents are placed on public exhibition for a period to allow for public viewing and comment. Here, you will find any documents that Council currently has on public exhibition and we encourage you to read and provide feedback on these via the identified channels.
