Council Documents for Public Exhibition

Under the Local Government Act 1993, Gwydir Shire Council must put on display various documents, plans and strategies for public review and comment. Under this section you will find all Council documents, plans and strategies that are currently on Public Exhibition and you are invited to review these documents and make comment via the channels instructed within these.

 

Draft Community Participation Plan

The objective of this policy is to enhance economic growth and community stability within Gwydir Shire by providing financial support to residents and businesses who meet eligibility criteria.

Draft Integrated Planning and Reporting Documents

Integrated planning and reporting (IP&R) describes the system of integrated business planning for local government in New South Wales (NSW).
IP&R was introduced in 2009 and stems from the central assumption
that all council planning should originate from a sound understanding
of the community’s expectations around priorities and service levels.
