Exciting News – Gwydir Swimming Pools Opening Soon!

We're thrilled to announce that both the Bingara and Warialda Pools will officially open on Friday 3 October 2025.

Please join us in welcoming Grant Macey and Kim Barton, the new caretakers of the Warialda Pool. Grant and Kim are looking forward to meeting everyone and keeping the pool in top shape.

A familiar face is returning to run the Bingara Pool this season. Welcome back to Glenn Wade! Glenn’s knowledge and experience will see the Bingara Pool run swimmingly.

Free entry for all residents and ratepayers within the Gwydir Shire!

Opening Hours:

•  Daily: 11:00am – 6:00pm (Closed Christmas Day)

•  Summer Months (December, January, February): 11:00am – 7:00pm

Come down, take a dip and enjoy the sunshine!
