Pay a Bill

Step 1.Read the payment disclaimer

Please read and understand the online credit card payment disclaimer before making a payment. The online credit card disclaimer can be found on the related information section of this page. 

Step 2.Locate your reference number

Locate your reference number in the top right hand corner of your bill. For rates notices it is called the assessment number and starts with a 1. For water notices it is called a reference number and starts with a 2.

Step 1.Locate your reference number

Step 2.Phone the Council office

Phone the Council on (02) 6724 2000 Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 4.00pm.

Step 1.BPAY Payments

Contact your participating Bank, Credit Union or Building Society to make this payment from your cheque or savings account.

Step 2.Locate BPAY biller code and reference number

Locate your BPAY biller code and reference number on the bottom of your bill. Click here for help locating your reference number.

Step 3.Pay your bill

Log onto your internet banking site or call your phone banking number.
