Gravesend Landfill – Temporary Closure

As of 2:00pm on Saturday 24 May 2025, the Gravesend Landfill is closed due to a fire at the site.

The facility will remain closed until further notice.

Gwydir Shire Council wishes to apologise for the inconvenience.
