DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL (LOCAL DEVELOPMENT)
In accordance with the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and Council’s Community Participation Plan, public notification is hereby given that details of the proposed development will be on display from Thursday 28 May 2026 to Wednesday 24 June 2026.
Any person who believes the proposed development may adversely affect the amenity of the surrounding area is invited to lodge a written submission outlining their concerns. Persons considering making a submission are encouraged to contact Council’s Planning Department to discuss any concerns regarding the application.
Written submissions will be accepted until 4:00 pm on Wednesday 24 June 2026. Submissions should be marked for the Attention of the Planning Department and may be lodged via email at mail@gwydir.nsw.gov.au or sent by post to:
