DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL (LOCAL DEVELOPMENT) 

In accordance with the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and Council’s Community Participation Plan, public notification is hereby given that details of the proposed development will be on display from Tuesday 30 June 2026 until Monday 13 July 2026.

Any person who believes the proposed development may adversely affect the amenity of the surrounding area is invited to lodge a written submission outlining their concerns. Persons considering making a submission are encouraged to contact Council’s Planning Department to discuss any concerns regarding the application.
