Naroo Frail Aged Hostel, is a 36 Bed facility located in Warialda New South Wales
We are currently recruiting for Registered Nurses, either experienced, graduates or similar
On offer are varied shifts. We seek nurses that can work to suit our working environment.
This role is responsible for working closely with your managers and being 100% team orientated to achieve real resident-focused outcomes.
Desirable skills and attributes
- Experience in working in residential Aged Care
- Strong communication skills and documentation practice
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Excellent understanding of care planning, goal setting and evaluation of documentation
- Demonstrated strong customer service and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Registered Nurse (RN)
As a Registered Nurse, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional clinical care. Your role involves managing and coordinating patient care, conducting assessments, developing care plans, administering medications, and leading a multidisciplinary team. You will play a critical role in mentoring and supporting junior staff while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in all aspects of patient care.
What you bring:
- Experience in aged care or a related area of health care, including working with people with dementia
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and AHPRA registration.
- Able to conduct clinical assessments using a range of assessment tools.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A genuine desire to improve the lives of older Australians.
