PUBLIC NOTICE

OFFICE & OTHER SERVICE CLOSURES

Residents are advised that Gwydir Shire Council will be closed on Friday 10 October 2025 for the Annual Picnic Day.

This includes the Bingara and Warialda Offices, Service NSW Offices, Tourist Centers, CHSP Services, Libraries, Toy Libraries and Warialda and Bingara Landfill sites.

Bingara Centrelink Office will remain open for its normal hours.

Council offices will re-open for regular administration functions at 9:00am, Monday 13 October 2025.

Landfill sites will return to normal operating hours on Saturday 11 October 2025.

Emergency contacts as listed in all directories will still be operational.
