Proposed Early Morning Pool Access Fees

Gwydir Shire Council proposes to introduce fees for unsupervised early morning access to Council swimming pools before normal supervised opening hours. Only the proposed fees set out in this notice are being exhibited; all other adopted 2026/27 Fees and Charges remain unchanged.

The proposed fees are being publicly exhibited in accordance with section 610F(3) of the Local Government Act 1993.

Exhibition Time

Exhibition opens: Friday, 25 September 2026

Submissions close: 4.00 pm Friday, 23 October 2026

The proposed fees may be inspected throughout the exhibition period:

  • Online at www.gwydir.nsw.gov.au (available at all times during the exhibition period).
  • Bingara Office - 33 Maitland Street, Bingara NSW 2404, weekdays 9.00 am-12.30 pm and 1.30 pm-4.00 pm.
  • Warialda Office - 2 Geddes Street, Warialda NSW 2402, weekdays 9.00 am-12.30 pm and 1.30 pm-4.00 pm.
